Hi, I'm Viky — I run Evhiz Travel alongside my husband Dave, who specialises in cruises.
Before founding Evhiz, I spent 7 years working inside the travel industry in México and Spain — including Iberia and American Express Business Travel — and that shapes how we approach every trip.
We work in both English and Spanish, depending on what feels more natural for you.

When you plan a trip with us, you're working with a fully accredited agency — ATOL protected, IATA accredited, and PTS registered — so everything is properly covered from the start. We work in English and Spanish, we know Spain and México from the inside, and we plan trips for families anywhere in the world. Got questions?
Do you charge any fees? No — like any travel agency, we earn a commission from the cruise lines and travel suppliers we work with. What that means for you is that our service costs you nothing. And unlike booking online, you get people who genuinely care about getting your trip right — from the first conversation to the moment you get home.
Is it cheaper to book through you than going direct? For cruises, we are cheaper than booking direct with the cruise line. For other holidays, we offer the same price as the major operators — and when possible, we'll look to beat it or add something extra. Either way, you get someone who knows the product properly, can guide you through the options, and is there to support you from the first enquiry to the moment you get home. There's no financial reason not to use us.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you? Not at all. Most people come to us with a rough idea — a destination, a type of trip, a budget. That's enough to start. We help you work out the rest.
Can you arrange flights and hotels as well as the cruise? Yes — we can put together the full trip, including flights, pre or post cruise stays, and transfers, so everything connects properly and by packaging all together there is an additional protection by ATOL and ABTA.
Do you work in Spanish? Yes — we work in both English and Spanish, whichever feels more natural for you.
Do I need to be based in the UK to book with you? Not at all. We work with clients anywhere in the world. We've arranged trips for families in the UK, Portugal, and beyond — as long as you're happy communicating in English or Spanish, we can help wherever you are.
Is my booking protected? Yes — we are ATOL protected, IATA accredited and PTS registered, and we work with ABTA affiliated suppliers. Your trip is fully covered and in safe hands from start to finish.
