Western Mediterranean
The Western Mediterranean is the most popular destination for MSC Cruises and they are the number one cruise line operating all year round.

- MSC Grandisosa - Currently sailing 7 night itineraries to October 2025, and then during the summer season in 2027.

MSC Cruises are increasing their sailings throughout the Caribbean from the ports in North America with the opening of their brand new cruise terminal in Miami, the introduction of the first World Class Ship in the region (MSC World America) and the first embarkations from Galveston cruise port from November this year.

World and Repositioning Cruises
World Cruises are available on MSC Magnifica in January 2026 and January 2027 commencing from the ports of Rome, Genoa and Barcelona.
Repositioning cruises generally take place in the months of October and November along with March and April. Generally ships will move from Europe at the end of the summer season to ports that operate cruises to warmer climates such as the Caribbean, South America and South Africa. During April and May, ships will reposition back to the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and Alaksa for summer season sailings. Repositioning cruises also offer great value for money and the chance to spend additional days in different continents pre and post cruise. The ships that have repositioning itineraries are:

From May 2026, MSC Cruises will commence sailings from Alaska for the first time with MSC Poesia. MSC Cruises also have one ship sailing in the Arabian Gulf and South Africa during the European winter season, along with one ship permanantly positioned in Asia through the year.
Alaska
MSC Cruises will be embarking on their first Alaskan sailing from May 2026 with MSC Poesia. 7 night itineraries are available through to September 2026 departing Seattle.
Arabian Gulf
MSC Cruises sail in the Arabian Gulf during the winter months. Typically the cruises are 7 nights in duration with an overnight in Dubai.
- MSC Euribia - From November 2025 through to April 2026.
- MSC World Europa - From November 2026 to April 2027.
Asia
MSC Bellisima is positioned in Asia throughout the year with 4 to 12 nights sailings from Japan and China
South Africa
MSC Opera will be repositioning to South Africa to begin sailings from November 2025 through to March 2026.

Enhancing Your Cruise
MSC Cruises offers various packages to help you to enhance your cruise experience. On particular packages, the best time to book is at the time you book your cruise, meaning that you can secure it for a discounted price as well as the benefit of paying a deposit for it at the time of booking with the final balance payable at a later date. Packages are available to book up to your sail date, but the costs can work out more expensive and you will need to provide complete payment when adding to your booking. Alternatively, some of the packages can be purchased onboard, but will be more expensive.
Drinks Package
The best time to add the drinks package to your cruise is at the time of booking. where the Premium Drinks Package is available from £35pp per day. If adding after your booking, the following options are available.
