Dubai Cruise Port

The cruise terminals in Dubai are located at Port Rashid and Daubai Harbour (opened 2020) 

Port Rashid is located to the east of Dubai International Airport and is around 9.5 miles (15km) away and will take around 25 minutes.

There are also public transport options from the airport which will take around 1 hour.

Downtown Dubai is approximately 6 miles (10km) away from the cruise port.  The transit time is around 20 mins by car and 1 hour 15 minutes by public transport.  

The closest metro to the cruise terminal at Port Rashid is Al Ghubaiba on the Dubai Green Line which is around 1.5 miles (2.5km) away.

Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal is located 23 miles (37km) to the south of Dubai International Airport with the transit time being around 35 minutes by car and 1 hour 35 minutes to 2 hours by public transport.  

Downtown Dubai is located around 14 miles (23km) away and transit time is approximately 30 minutes by car and 1 hour 30 minutes by public transport (walking time included of around 50 minutes)

The closest Metro to Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal is Dubai Marina on the Dubai Metro Blue Line which is just over 2 miles (3.5km) away.  This metro links to Sobha Reality metro with the red line running to Downtown Dubai to metro station Burj Khalifa Dubai Mall.

Abu Dhabi Cruise Port

The cruise terminal is located in Zayed Port and is around 25 miles (40km) from Abu Dhabi International Airport.  The transfer time is around 30 minutes by car or just over an hour by public transport.

Downtown Abu Dhabi is located just over 4 miles (7km) away from the cruise port and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

Public buses take just over an hour from the airport to Downtown Abu Dhabi.  The bus number is A1 to Ghurair Al Ojaan Mosque with stops on route close to the hotels.

 

Cape Town Cruise Port

Cape Town Cruise Terminal is located on the V & Waterfront which is within walking distance of the city.

The airport is approximately 13 miles (21km) from the cruise terminal.  The best option for a transfer is to pre-book before you arrive.

Shuttles are available from the airport to Cape Town and other destinations.  For safety and security travellers should only use authorised taxi or shuttle operators and there is a list of these on the official South Africa Airports Company website. www.airports.co.za
