Auckland Cruise Port

The cruise terminals are located near to Downtown Auckland and can accommodate up to four cruise ships at any one time.

Auckland International Airport is located approximately 30km away from the cruise port by car with travel time around 40 minutes.  The public transport options  are through bus or train and can take around 1 hour 20 to 1 hour 30 mins to reach the cruise port.

The closest station to the cruise port is Britomart with links to the airport through the Southern Line (train) and the Airport Link (bus) at Puhinui station.

 

Sydney Cruise Port

The Overseas Passenger Terminal located opposite the Sydney Opera House is the terminal used for cruise ships that cannot fit under the Harbour Bridge.

The second cruise terminal in Sydney is White Bay Cruise Terminal that is used for the smaller cruise ships and can accommodate two ships at a time. 

The Overseas Cruise Terminal is located at Circular Quay off Argyle Street, The Rocks with the Circular Quay train station located nearby.  This is the Central Business District of Sydney which is the historical and main commercial area of Sydney and is well served by rail, buses and ferries.  The airport is around 10 miles (16km) by car and takes around 25 minutes, whereas public transport can take around 45 minutes.

The White Bay Cruise Terminal is located on James Craig Road around 7 miles (11.2km) from the airport and can be reached in around 20 minutes by car and 1 hour by public transport.  

 

 

Melbourne Cruise Port

Cruise ships berth at Station Pier Cruise Ship Terminal in Hobsons Bay and is around 17 miles (27.5km) from Melbourne International Airport and just over 3 miles from Melbourne Central and can be reached on Tram route 109 (Orange) in around 30 minutes.

The bus service from Melbourne International is the SkyBus City Express that runs daily from 4am to 1am departing every 10 to 15 minutes depending on the time of day.  This service runs from the airport to Southern Cross Station which is a short distance from Melbourne Central Station in the Central Business District of the city.
